- Transcends RMA service is for replacement only. Since we do not sell directly to end users, we cannot provide refunds for products under warranty. If you wish to obtain a refund, we suggest that you reach out to your original point of purchase for further assistance.

- Transcend shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any program or data from the failed product and shall not be responsible for data recovery or backup.
- Transcend shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost arising from the delivery for repair/replacement.
- To ship your product for RMA service, we suggest you send via a small, firm box and/or envelope lined with sturdy bubble wrap. Please do not send your product in a small, paper envelope without protection as it may be crushed, ripped, or torn in transit. Transcend will not be responsible for any damaged or lost part during shipping due to improper packaging or physical damage will be rejected and returned.
If you are returning an item(s) listed below, please ensure you pack all necessary accessories with the RMA item before shipping it back to us.

*Memory module kits must be returned as a complete set. Single piece returns will be rejected.
- RMA with missing parts/accessories will be rejected.
- Transcend is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping due to insufficient packaging.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping/postage to Transcend.
- Please include the following in the package before shipping out your RMA:
- Printed RMA application form.
- Copy of the original invoice/receipt.
- Transcend product.
- If you currently do not have access to a printer, please print the RMA form later through RMA status inquiry.
